Bridge to HR Program combines cultural and occupation-specific education,
mentoring and work experience to ensure optimal program effectiveness, relevance
and learning retention. There are four (4) components to the Bridge to HR
Program, starting with ten (10) days of in-house classroom instruction, eight
(8) weeks of unpaid placement in an HR department, twenty-four (24) hours of
mentorship, and two (2) college-credit courses from Seneca College.
You must attend all ten (10) days of the workshop in order to be able to
complete the remaining three components of the Program.
In order to confirm your registration, your payment must be paid in full and received by the Bridge to HR Office,
within the next 10 business days. To withdraw from the Program, the Office must receive a written notification
no later than five business days, prior to the first day of the Program. Note: The administration fee is
